At The Perennials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's how we can help:

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email to theperennialsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will issue a full refund immediately. You may keep or discard the defective item - no need to return it.

Changed Your Mind?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items you simply changed your mind about. Here's how it works:

  • Contact us to initiate a return
  • Ship the item back to us at your expense
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee
